Hi, I’m Raj—a filmmaker, professor, creative executive, and Signature Story Coach. But most importantly, I’m a dad to an incredible five-year-old daughter who reminds me every day that life is about seeing the world with courage, creativity, and curiosity.

Life’s thrown me more than a few curveballs. I’ve had four spinal surgeries and quite literally have screws in my neck—but I’ve never let that stop me. Instead, I’ve turned adversity into fuel. Those experiences didn’t break me; they built me. And they gave me the empathy, insight, and fire to help others rise.

Now, I help leaders and aspiring leaders overcome self-doubt, unlock unshakable confidence, and learn to harness their unique story to lead, inspire, and influence.
